Prior to Coalesced Events, our founding partners worked for noteworthy third-party planning companies, hotels, nonprofits and corporations across diverse industries like pharma, direct selling, IT, K-12, higher education and publishing. Our Team
Meet Dan Stones
(He/Him/His)
As Chief Operating Officer, Dan engages the collective knowledge and power of the meetings industry to ensure a collaborative , symbiotic approach to achieving the strategic goals of all partners.
Dan has worked primarily in the education and non-profit association sectors with extensive experience in every aspect of meeting planning as an AV technician, venue and vendor contract negotiator, 3rd party service provider, consultant and special projects manager, and is active in many industry advisory boards, content committees and boards of directors.
Dan resides near Denver, Colorado with his family and pet chickens, spending as much time as possible in the mountains, whether in a canoe, a tent, on foot, or on a 4x4 trail. His proudest personal accomplishment to date is surviving a 280-mile self-support kayak trip through the Grand Canyon.
Meet Emily Davis
As the Experience & Initiative Officer, Emily is accountable for the customer and attendee experiences. Her role focuses on Coalesced business operations, process development and refinement, and marketing.
Emily brings 20+ years of industry experience to the Coalesced team after planning and managing programs in the corporate, non-profit, and agency sectors. Her passion lies in human connection, attendee engagement, and operational excellence. She believes events are integral to an organization’s success and thrives in the constant diversity offered in our industry.
Normally, you would find Emily enjoying live music, in the garden, or at the Farmer’s Market. These days, she spends time outside of work trying to perfect a sour-dough starter and answering a million thought-provoking questions from her nine year old.
Meet Ethan Beaudoin
As Event Producer and Accessible Meetings Auditor, Ethan (a.k.a. DJ E) brings his rapidly expanding knowledge of virtual platforms, music and entertainment industry, and personal experiences to produce engaging and inclusive hybrid events.
Ethan has been a Music Supervisor & DJ for over 6 years - providing the soundtrack for professional sports, Paralympics, college sports, music festivals, and social events in the Denver-Metro and Front Range area.
A Magna Cum Laude from Regis University, in Denver, CO, in 2019, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication & Media Studies - with a concentration in Public Relations and Civic Engagement, Ethan developed an instructional video showcasing the struggles of someone with physical impairments navigating campus using a wheelchair, advancing awareness for campus leadership, and inspiring a revised push to make the campus experience more accessible for all.
Amid the pandemic, Ethan has actively pursued continuing education in the areas of Financial Services, training on new, cutting-edge digital platforms, and by studying for his Certified Special Events Producer certification.
